  • chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
  • 2 tbsp. l. granulated sugar.

Preparation:

  1. Let's prepare the products according to the list. It is better to remove them from the refrigerator in advance.
  2. Sift the wheat flour thoroughly.
  3. Pour cow's milk into a saucepan.
  4. Over low heat, heat it to a temperature of 36-38°.
  5. Pour the warm milk into a convenient bowl. We choose the size of the dish taking into account the fact that the dough will increase in volume.
  6. Add the required amount of powdered yeast.
  7. Next add granulated sugar.
  8. Stir everything thoroughly until the granulated sugar and yeast dissolve.
  9. Cover the dish with the dough with a plate or food film.
  10. For a third of an hour, remove the dough to a secluded place.
  11. Meanwhile, break the egg into another bowl and add salt.
  12. Whisk the egg and salt thoroughly to obtain a slightly foamy, homogeneous mass.

  19. Add flour again little by little and knead the dough with your hands.
  20. Transfer it to a clean bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a secluded warm place for 40-60 minutes.
  21. The dough will rise twice, it needs to be settled.
  22. Divide the dough into pieces, roll each of them into a rectangle shape.
  23. We fold each rectangle so that we get an oblong piece.
  24. Place the pieces in a heat-resistant form, seam side down.
  25. Place the hot dog buns in the oven.
  26. Bake at a temperature of 200°.
  27. After 20 minutes, take it out, brush the top of the buns with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  28. Place in the oven again and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

  7. Knead the elastic dough and send it to a secluded warm place for one hour.
  8. After the allotted time has passed, divide the dough into parts and form oblong buns.
  9. Place the buns on a baking sheet.
  10. Brush their surface with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  11. Place in the oven and bake until golden.
