The following products will be needed:

  • 700 g frozen berries;
  • 3 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 1 tbsp. cranberry or orange juice;
  • 1 tbsp. water;
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon.

Preparation:

  1. All ingredients must be mixed in a thick-walled saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil it over low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer the jam to a blender and puree.
  5. Place the finished dessert into clean jars and seal. Sterilize containers for 5 minutes in a large saucepan.

Sweet preparation for the winter

Homemade cranberry jam is very tasty. You can be sure that this preparation for the winter will be the first to end.

You will need:

  • cranberries – 1 kg;
  • sugar – 1.2 kg;
  • water – 1 l.

Preparation:

  1. Blanch the berries for 5 minutes, after which leave them in a colander.
  2. Grind the cranberries with sugar, place in prepared jars and roll up.

It is better to store the workpiece in the pantry without direct access to light.

Cranberry jam “Pyatiminutka”

This jam is prepared very quickly and lasts wonderfully all winter. Unless it's eaten first.

You will need:

  • cranberries – 1 kg;
  • sugar – 2 kg;
  • water – 250 ml.

Preparation:

  1. Place the washed berries in a colander, pour boiling water over them and leave to drain.
  2. Boil the syrup. To do this, pour water into the pan, place the container on the fire and gradually add sugar. You should get a thick mass, which should be allowed to boil a little.
  3. Then add cranberries to the syrup and bring the resulting composition to a boil again.
  4. All that remains is to pour the treat into jars and roll it up. “Five Minute” jam is ready!

Cooking option with oranges

You can make delicious cranberry jam for the winter with oranges.

Required Products:

  • cranberries – 1.5 kg;
  • oranges – 1.5 kg;
  • sugar – 3 kg.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the prepared berries and dry them in a colander.
  2. Wash the oranges thoroughly and wipe dry.
  3. Pass the cranberries and citrus fruits through a meat grinder or grind them in a blender.
  4. Add sugar to the mixture, stir and cook for literally 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. This preparation lasts very well all winter.

  • water – 400 ml;
  • walnuts – 250 g;
  • apples – 1 kg;
  • cranberries – 800 g;
  • sugar – 2 kg.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the apples, cut out the seeds, and cut the pulp into thin slices.
  2. Add ½ tbsp to cranberries. water, boil for 20 minutes, and then grind with a blender.
  3. Rub the crushed berries through a sieve to make a puree.
  4. Prepare syrup. To do this, mix the rest of the water with sugar and simmer over medium heat. If there is not enough liquid, you can add more.
  5. While the syrup is cooking, chop the nuts. It is better to do this with a knife.
  6. Mix syrup and cranberries, add apples and nuts.
  7. Boil for 1 hour, stirring all the time. Roll into prepared jars.
