Salad with canned tuna and corn recipe

Boil two hard-boiled eggs and cool. Wash the cucumber and greens. Here are all the products assembled.

Drain the liquid from the tuna and corn. Mash the tuna with a fork.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes.

Finely chop the parsley.

Cut the eggs into cubes.

Place the greens and cucumber in a bowl.

Add corn, eggs and ground black pepper.

Now for the tuna.

Season all this splendor with mayonnaise, mix gently, add salt if necessary. Mayonnaise can be replaced with olive oil.
