  • parsley – 6-8 sprigs;
  • juice squeezed from half a lemon;
  • bell pepper (yellow) – 1-2 pieces;
  • small cherry tomatoes – 8-10 pieces;
  • thyme (dried herb) – two pinches:
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Ground black pepper – season to taste.

Bake the bell pepper, remove the skin, cut into slices or cubes.

Chop greens for dressing. Mix mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, add herbs and mix everything well.

Cut the boiled meat into noodles, mix with the sauce, add dry thyme. Place in a cool place for 30-40 minutes.

When serving, add chopped baked peppers and tomatoes, cut into two parts, to the meat marinated in the dressing. Season the meat salad with beef with black pepper and add salt if necessary.

Beef and bean salad

Ingredients:

  • boiled beef or veal – 200 g;
  • strips of pork bacon - 3 pieces;
  • green beans – 150g;
  • boiled egg – 2 pieces;
  • cucumbers (pickled) – 2 pcs.;
  • fleshy red pepper (marinated) – 1 piece;
  • olives and black olives - 10 pieces each;
  • parsley – 6-8 sprigs;
  • green onions – 6-8 stalks;
