  • Onion, potatoes and carrots - 2 pcs each;
  • Half a kilogram of champignons;
  • Hard cheese – 150 g;
  • Chicken fillet – 300 g;
  • 3 eggs;
  • Butter – 20 g;
  • Parsley and dill - 50 g each.

For the fillet marinade:

  • Sunflower oil and soy sauce - one large spoon each;
  • Ground black pepper – 10 g.

For the mushroom marinade:

  • Sugar – 2 small spoons;
  • Vinegar – 125 g;
  • Salt – 1 small spoon;
  • Bay leaf – 1 piece;
  • Vegetable oil – 100 g;
  • Garlic clove;

Original filling:

  • Sour cream – 300 g;

Step by step recipe:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the champignon marinade in a saucepan, put on the flame and let it boil;
  2. We wash the mushrooms under running water and cut off the edges of the legs. Place the champignons in a container with the marinade, keep on the fire for another 15 minutes, then leave to cool for the same time;
  3. Cook potatoes and carrots, and also eggs;
  4. In a separate plate, combine water and vinegar (50 ml each), cut the onion into half rings and place in the resulting marinade for 10 minutes, then drain the liquid;
  5. Now it's the chicken's turn. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade, mix them and coat the meat with the resulting mixture, making small cuts in it. Leave the fillet to marinate for about 20 minutes;
  6. Next, fry the chicken in a well-heated grill pan for 5 minutes on both sides;
  7. Place the fried meat on foil, put a piece of butter on top, wrap it and place it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes;
  8. We take out the chicken, open the foil and cool the contents;
  9. To make the dressing, mash the egg yolks, combine with the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. The whites will go into one of the layers;
  10. Let's start assembling our salad. It is better to use a springform baking pan. We place the pickled champignons on its bottom, closer to each other, with their caps down;
  11. Place chopped herbs on top and pour two tablespoons of dressing;
  12. Next comes the grated carrots, which also need to be poured with dressing;
  13. Next, place the grated cheese on a coarse grater and coat it with sauce again;
  14. Then comes the aromatic chicken fillet, cut into cubes. Don't forget to lubricate with dressing;
  15. The final layers are arranged in the following order: pickled onion – egg white – potato;
  16. Apply the remaining sauce to the last ingredient, cover the top with a plate, put a weight on it and send it to soak in the refrigerator for 30 minutes;
