  • Medium size tomato - 3-4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 250 gr
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Parsley
  • Mayonnaise

Cooking process:

1. Wash the squid in running water. For better cleaning, it is necessary to scald the squid with boiling water, then immerse it in cold water for 2 minutes, after these manipulations the film is well cleaned. So, we remove the skin and chord.


Very important: squid must be cooked for no more than 5 minutes in total, otherwise the meat will be tough and tight like rubber!

2. Cook the squid meat in boiling water for 3 minutes, cool and cut into small half rings or strips at your discretion.
3. Wash the tomatoes and herbs, dry them, then chop them finely.
4. Peel the garlic and squeeze it through a special garlic press or finely chop it with a knife - it’s at your discretion.
5. Mix all the prepared salad components in a deep bowl, season with pepper and salt, pour over mayonnaise, then transfer to a beautiful plate and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 300 gr
  • White loaf - 200 gr
  • Parmesan - 50 gr
  • Salad - 1 bunch
  • Garlic - 1 clove

For refueling:

  • Boiled yolks - 2 pcs.
  • Mustard - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l
  • Vinegar 6% - 1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 100 ml
  • Pepper

Preparation:

1. In a deep bowl, mix oil (5 tablespoons) with 1 clove of garlic, passed through a garlic press. Leave for 15 minutes.

2. Cut the loaf into medium-sized cubes and then fry in oil with garlic until golden brown.

3. Cut the fillet into small pieces, fry in oil until tender, add salt and pepper.

Making the filling:

  • Grind the yolks with mustard
  • Squeeze the garlic through a press and mix
  • Add lemon juice, vinegar, oil to the mixture, salt and pepper to taste.

4 . Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
5. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and place them on the bottom of the plate.
6. Place chicken and croutons on the salad, pour over the prepared sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

  • Chicken fillet – 500 gr

Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese - 200 gr
  • Pickled cucumbers - 300 gr
  • Tomato - 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparing the salad:

1st layer: boil the meat fillet in salted water. Cool and chop finely, take a deep salad bowl and place the meat on the bottom. Cover the top with mayonnaise mesh.

2nd layer: drain the water from the champignons. Cut into small pieces and place on top of the chicken fillet, cover the mushrooms with mayonnaise mesh.

3rd layer: cucumbers mode into small cubes and cover with a grid of mayonnaise

  • Mayonnaise (homemade) or sour cream.

Preparation:

1. Cook the chicken breast in salted water until done. Cool, then cut into small pieces.

2. Finely chop the onion with a knife. Pour boiling water over it to remove all the bitterness for 10 minutes, after the time has passed, rinse with cold water.

3. Separate the whites from the yolks and three separately on a fine grater.
