For the head of the emerald turtle, leave half a kiwi, for the legs, two ends from two fruits are suitable, and cut the middle into even and thin slices. It is advisable to cut it thinly, so the kiwi will better stay on the surface of the curd dome and not slide down.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups thick fat sour cream;
  • A glass of granulated sugar;
  • Half a kilo of sweet crackers;
  • 60 grams of gelatin;
  • A packet of vanilla sugar;
  • Kiwi.
Preparation:

First you need to soak the gelatin by pouring it cold water. We look at the proportions and soaking time on the packaging, as different manufacturers recommend different ways its use. While the gelatin swells, prepare the cake pan. It is best to take a round bowl that, when turned upside down, resembles a turtle shell. Wash the bowl and wipe dry. Peel and cut the kiwi into slices.
