The fact is (actually terrible things) that shrimp after being caught (live ) should be immediately boiled in boiling sea ​​water.... Right on the trawler. Then they tighten their tail ... And immediately freeze. Then they will be tasty, juicy, fresh and very healthy. And if some processing condition is not met, then either the head is black, or the caviar is still black, or the tail is straightened ... Here.

Mix boiled shrimp and eggs, pre-chopped.

Add pineapple pieces to them, drain the juice in advance.

Grate cheese on top, spread chopped greens.
