Advice for parents "Healthy food for children"

Baby food.

Proper nutrition is the key to health, each of us knows. However, unfortunately, few

who can answer yes to the questions: “Are you eating right? ",

“Are you feeding your baby properly? » Which baby will voluntarily give up

chocolates and chips in favor of oatmeal? How to get kids interested

proper nutrition? How to teach to love vegetable stew, dairy dishes and jelly?

How to prepare various healthy meals and drinks?

A problem that kindergarten teachers often face is non-compliance

diet for children at home. Children often arrive late for breakfast after having a bite to eat.

something at home, or come to the group with candy or gingerbread in their hands. In the evening,

picking up children from kindergarten, parents pamper them with sweets, forgetting that they are at home

waiting for dinner. Based on this, it can be concluded that the work of educating culture

nutrition of children should begin with adults.

This should be known!

Healthy eating habits begin in early childhood.

The process of eating healthy foods by children is based on

meaningfulness, positive emotions, arbitrariness of actions.

For children of primary and secondary preschool age, the following are available:

ideas: in order not to get sick, you need to eat healthy foods;

healthy foods are vegetables, fruits, milk, juices, bread, fish, meat.

The development of interest in children contributes to a more rapid adaptation to

the use of healthy foods.

The process of organizing proper nutrition for children is based on

using the game method.

It is important for parents to understand the problem and the desire to solve it.

The desire of parents to lead a healthy lifestyle is important (own nutrition,

positive example of an adult.

It is necessary to unite the efforts of teachers and parents in order to achieve

tasks (coherence in actions, unity in approaches and

requirements).

Five rules of baby food.

Food should be simple, tasty and healthy.

The mood while eating should be good.

The child has the right to his own habits, tastes, claims.

The child has the right to know everything about his health.

There are no bad foods, there are bad chefs.

Children must be taught:

Participate in table setting;

Wash hands thoroughly before eating;

Chew food with your mouth closed;

Eat on your own;

There is only at the table;

Proper use of a spoon and fork.

Getting up from the table, check your place, whether it is clean enough, with

the need to remove it yourself;

After finishing the meal, thank those who prepared it, set the table.

While instilling in children the habit of eating a variety of foods, adults should be patient,

since a positive attitude towards food in children is formed for a very long time, especially if

in the family and kindergarten there are not unified views on this matter.

these vitamins? .. And why do they live in food? .. Children of preschool and primary school

age is difficult to explain the complexity of the device human body And

obtaining processes useful substances from food. It's easier to do it in a playful way,

using poems about vegetables and fruits, about the benefits of vitamins.

Vegetables:

I am a carrot, a red tail.

Come visit more often.

To make your eyes sparkle

To make cheeks flush

Eat carrots, drink my juice

You will only be healthier!

I am a fat red tomato

I love kids for a long time.

I am a chest of vitamins

Come on, take a bite!

I am both fresh and salty.

All pimply, green.

Don't forget me buddy

Save your health for the future.

And I am a juicy cabbage,

Proud of vitamins.

In cabbage rolls, borscht, salads

I'll be nice, of course.

And how delicious

Shchi my cabbage soup!

In a black hat - top yes top -

A bob jumps along the path.

He twisted his mustache peas: why am I bad? Not bad at all.

The bean tells him:

You, peas, are our king.

We legumes are proud

That we are suitable for different cereals,

That we have fruits in pods,

Like magic boxes.

But healthy proteins

We don't hide behind locks.

Those who have been friends with us since childhood,

They grow up to be rich.

Fruits and berries

I am not a small bird.

I am a useful strawberry.

Who will make friends with me -

Don't get cold in winter!

I am strong, crispy,

A real miracle.

Yellow and red -

The skin is satin.

ruddy apple

All children wish!

And more about the apple:

Apple is a wonderful fruit

I grow here and there

Striped, colored

Fresh and bulk

My juice is also useful to everyone,

helps with diseases.

They call me a pear.

I will say, and you listen:

Love me kids!

I am the best in the world.

And I'm a melon - a yellow side.

Who here, children, fell ill?

Delicious, honey, I will drive away the ailment.

I am round and smooth

Big, heavy, sweet.

My flesh is red

The drug is wonderful.

I am an overseas guest, banana,

I swam across the ocean.

The sun asked me

Transfer your power to you.

We shared an orange.

There are many of us, and he is one!

This slice is for kittens

This slice is for ducklings,

This hedgehog slice

This slice is for a haircut.

And for the wolf peel.

He is angry with us - trouble!

Run away whoever!

I have a prickly side

At the top is a crest.

Great tasting

My name is pineapple.

P.S. It is desirable to tell when the child sees a carrot, tomato, banana with his own

eyes. You can learn with mom in the kitchen or cottage, looking at vegetables and fruits,

describing their shape, color and taste. Poems will be remembered faster if the child has

will be a "live example".

Another great poem by Irma Fink:

Vegetables and fruits

All sizes and colors

Vegetables and fruits.

Enough for ten mouths

Stock up on groceries.

Wonderful fruit - pineapple,

And big, too.

If you eat it at once,

It doesn't need dinner.

Is this an optical illusion?

Blue, blue -

A thick eggplant ripens,

It is long in shape.

The garden is proud of the clusters,

Branches bent.

As the grapes ripen

Come on kids!

Both jam and compote

From ripe cherries

Red juice smeared my mouth -

All questions are redundant.

Fragrant and sweet

Yellow pear.

I ate three, now I'm full

Little Ksyusha.

An acorn ripens on oaks -

This is pig food.

Crunchy juicy on the teeth

Dinky the pig.

Nose tickles the aroma

Strawberries.

Warm the spring garden

Sun glare.

Yellow, sunny lemon,

It is useful with tea,

And without tea, it is sour -

We know about it.

Carrots slumber under the ground.

What is she dreaming about?

We threaten, furrowing an eyebrow

Show yourself girl!

Ripe juice poured

Raspberries,

Went to her with a basket

Nice girl.

Cucumber, cucumber,

He lies on the bed

The daring one winked at me -

Everything will be all right.

Not a ruddy bun

rosy cheeks,

This is a peach barrel -

My daughter's favorite fruit.

What tree is in bloom?

A fruit, not a fruit, but a miracle!

I'll tell you, kids,

Plum ripens.

Foreigner persimmon

To us on a saucer will lie,

How good is

But it knits a little.

We bake a big pie

with apple filling

Apple juice in a glass

Irina and I are full.

A small scene in poetry about vitamins:

Vitamin A

Remember the simple truth -

Only he sees better.

Who chews raw carrots

Or drink carrot juice.

Vitamin B

Very important early

Have oatmeal for breakfast.

Black bread is good for us -

And not just in the morning.

Vitamin C

For colds and sore throats

Oranges help.

Well, it's better to eat a lemon,

Although it is very sour.

Vitamin D

Fish oil is the best!

Though nasty - you have to drink.

He saves from diseases.

Without diseases - it is better to live!

Child: never lose heart

And a smile on your face

Because I accept

Poems about which foods contain which vitamins

Where can you find vitamin A?

To see and grow?

Both carrots and apricots

They carry the vitamin in themselves.

It is found in fruits and berries.

We can't count them all.

Vitamin "B"

Beets, apple, potatoes,

Turnip, pumpkin, tomato..

Vitamins "B" have

And they will be able to give them to us.

Even though he's not the same.

It's not a problem at all

But "C" we eat with cabbage soup,

And with fruits, vegetables,

He is in cabbage and spinach,

And in the wild rose, in the tomato,

Search on the ground

And in lettuce, in sorrel.

Onion, radish, turnip, swede,

At the same time, children should understand that vegetables and fruits are very good for health, as they contain a lot of vitamins that allow them to grow and develop better.
To help children classify vegetables and fruits, to acquaint them with the properties (color, shape, size) and their place of growth, I developed and implemented the project: “Vegetables and fruits are healthy products”.

Activities carried out within the framework of the project:

Cognitive development:
NOD "Pills grow in the garden"
Conversations on the topics: “What grows in the garden?”, “Miracle vegetables and fruits”
Didactic games: "Wonderful bag", "Tops and roots", Lotto "Vegetables and fruits", "What can be prepared from vegetables and fruits?", "What vegetables grow in the beds?"
