Rating calculated based on quality all your answers and general activity in Toloka. The higher your rating, the more tasks you can see in Toloka. The rating is absolute - your number of points, for example, 305.7; and relative - in comparison with other project participants, for example, 83%.

Forum, feedback and communication with customers

If you want to ask some question to the Yandex Toloka administration, but do not want to write on the forum, then feedback is suitable for you. You can access it through “Help”. The administration responds fairly quickly, within 1-2 days. The answer comes by email.

But in the case when you have a question about a specific task - something doesn’t work, or you don’t know which answer to choose and the instructions don’t help, etc. – then it’s better to write directly to the customer. This can be done through the envelope icon next to the task.

If your rating and skill hold up high levels, then you will see a lot of tasks. The tasks are all different, somewhere you need to work with pictures, somewhere with audio recordings, somewhere with video, and somewhere with text and search results. You will have favorite tasks, and unfavorite ones will appear. Different tasks have different prices and different amounts of work. You will spend one minute on some task and earn 2 cents. But you’ll spend 5-8 minutes on something and earn only 3 cents.

Don’t be upset if you don’t succeed at some task at all and your skill drops, it’s simply not your thing. You can’t have all the talents at once, can you? Therefore, do what you like and try to answer questions well so as not to lose access to the task.

There are enough tasks at Toloka. Every day new ones appear, old ones disappear. Tasks may disappear due to decreased skill, but after some time you will be “forgiven” and the task (or training for it) will appear again. It takes a VERY long time to choose the available tasks among all the training (I should go through them so that they don’t loom before my eyes, but I still can’t get around to it). What does 4 of them have to do with - on the first day for “porn in the picture”, then there were weekends, then I had a difficult week at my main job and there wasn’t enough time to work on it, and my mood was not so-so, so my earnings after the first day were on level of $0.5 per day.

It all depends on your skills, amount of free time and general mood. If we average very much, I can say this: for an hour of continuous work you can earn from 15 cents to 1 dollar. Then it depends on how much time a day and how many days a week you are willing to spend on Toloka, do the math yourself.

Where can you withdraw your hard-earned money from Yandex Toloka? The choice of payment systems is not bad, but could be better:

Yandex money. A commission of 0.1% is charged for withdrawal. This is not much, considering that YaD usually charges a 0.5% commission for transfers between wallets. The wallet must be identified. If you have Russian citizenship, then to identify yourself in Yandex.Money you just need to provide your passport information. If you are a citizen of another country, then you will need to bring documents to Euroset or a Yandex office, or go through identification through the Sberbank application. If you are not in Russia, then you need to send paper copies of documents certified by a notary by mail.
