Piranha

One of the most famous freshwater predators, which attacks people when joining a school. A very fast fish with sharp teeth. In a few minutes, a school of piranhas can strip the meat to the bone from one person. It is distinguished by its miniature size - up to 15 cm in length - and colossal bloodthirstiness.

Surgeon fish

A tropical inhabitant, the length of which can reach more than 1 m. It is found in the waters of the Pacific and Indian Ocean. The body is not equipped with poisonous spines or frightening teeth, but there is a sharp tail. The surgical fish uses it to hook the victim, killing it in 1-2 hits. Swimming in bodies of water where this predator is found is not recommended.

Hedgehog fish

The creature lives mainly near tropical waters. When threatened, it turns into a huge ball covered with dangerous spikes. They contain poison inside, as do special vessels throughout the body. If a person comes across sea ​​urchin, he might die. The hedgehog fish is inactive, so it is often found in waters that are not typical for its habitat.

Vandellia

A fairly large marine predator - it reaches 1 m or more in length, and weighs 15-18 kg. In the lower jaw there are long fangs with which the hydrolik kills the victim. It feeds on other predators, including piranhas. This fish is very difficult to catch, which is why it has become a favorite among sport fishermen.

Huge sea ​​creature– grows up to 7 m in length, of which 3 m is a dangerous knife. Doesn't intentionally attack people. However, the fish has poor eyesight and can attack anyone who enters its territory. Saw blows are very traumatic and even fatal. But there are very few of these fish left - they are under protection.
