  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Balsamic vinegar – 2 teaspoons;
  • Sesame kernels – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • A little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cut the meat into small strips and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and olive oil for 15-20 minutes. After this, fry, add chopped bell pepper and fry for another 3-4 minutes. It is important that the pepper remains crispy.

  • Sugar – 1 tsp. spoon;

  • Peanut butter – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Sesame – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Fish sauce – 1 teaspoon.

For the marinade:

  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Sake – 20 ml;
  • Pumpkin oil – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Corn flour – 1 teaspoon.

Place the washed and dried beef fillet in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. At this time, you can prepare a marinade for it: mix soy sauce, pumpkin oil, sake and flour. Cut the beef into very thin strips and marinate in the prepared mixture for 20 minutes.

Then heat the peanut oil in a saucepan and fry the marinated meat in it, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes, then remove and place on a paper towel. Add to the saucepan: squeezed lime juice, fish sauce and granulated sugar. Mix well and remove from heat.
