If you have it, you don’t need to take it with you, there’s not much space for things, my trunk is always filled to capacity with everything I need. But if you want to take your things, then you need to inform me in advance so that I do not take my own and do not take up space.

- Necessarily several pairs of socks for a change, including warm woolen socks (it is better to wear two pairs of socks on your feet - simple cotton and not very thick woolen ones), you can take woolen hats on your head “just in case”, in the spring-autumn period and in winter it's a given. You definitely need to take a few new bags to make “rustles” on your feet and grab women’s pads big size, (if you accidentally get your feet wet, then by putting them in sneakers instead of insoles you will not experience discomfort from the wetness).

But if you are afraid of cold or salty water, there are improved options for taking a shower in the field:

Option one: heat a boiler of water, dilute water in bottles and wash from the bottle, 3 liters of water is enough for one person.

Option two (for days on summer hikes): fill the water plastic bottles and leave them to bask in the sun, in two hours there will be warm water.

Option three, the most realistic: wash your feet in a river/stream and wash yourself up to your waist, then heat a cup of water (or ask the attendants for half a cup of boiling water), dilute the water in a bottle and wash the rest of your body.

Option four on the seashore: undress, lather with gel, or use shampoo (soap does not lather in sea ​​water). Despite the fact that the water is salty, in Cherny and even more so in Azov, the water is not the same as in the world's oceans - you will get a 100% feeling of freshness and cleanliness - your hair will become washed and fluffy!

- Toilet while camping:
- We always equip a normal dry toilet with fresh water in our parking lots.

And remember, being clean while hiking is not a myth, it all depends on how badly you want it.

- Health:

Need to take personal first aid kit, mine, in principle, has a fairly wide spectrum of action, but still, maybe someone needs something special... In general, hiking is not advisable for people with chronic and acute diseases.

- Nutrition:

Included in the program food for all days, (except for separately stated points) I don’t recommend carrying anything with you, it will be superfluous, well, unless someone has special culinary preferences, delicacies, something that is difficult for you to do without, or some delicacies.

- Alcohol:

For alcohol, if it is not included in the menu as a culinary necessity for certain dishes (this happens often), we usually stop on the road, the group drops money and buys for several days..

-Movement along the route:

There will be movement all day, without fanaticism, of course, when it is possible, we will drive as close as possible to the object, and then walk along the path, lightly, only small backpacks with a public lunch, everyone has one or two canned goods... We are waiting and helping everyone lagging behind, no one is running anywhere, we have no need to pass the GTO standards...
