Kadysheva's house. House of Nadezhda Kadysheva: three grandiose events

The famous artist Nadezhda Kadysheva openly spoke about her tragic fate. The singer suffered several terrible blows at once: she lost her mother, sister and nephew.

ON THIS TOPIC

“My mother died so young. The doctors said she was killed by a heart attack. But I know that it was all due to the depression that had been burning her heart for many years. And no one could understand why,” the lead singer of “The Golden Ring” mourns.

Following this grief, another one befell Kadysheva: her nephew died very young. " He was so tiny, so cute. But God gave him only a year to live.. He died of a congenital heart defect,” Nadezhda said through tears.

Unable to survive the death of her son, the singer’s sister jumped out of the window. “During childbirth, doctors introduced an infection to Lyubasha. Infection began, and when her baby died, she jumped from the third floor out of grief. She broke her spine and was bedridden for ten years. Until she died,” the artist recalls.

After all the experiences, Nadezhda was almost crushed by a new test. When Kadysheva was only 30 years old, doctors discovered she had a breast tumor. " For two years I lived with the idea that I would soon die. I understood that the end was near, and I was already mentally saying goodbye to my loved ones. And during the operation it turned out that there was no cancer. If it weren’t for my husband, who didn’t leave me alone with trouble, I would have gone crazy,” the singer admitted to the “Secrets of the Stars” magazine.

At the age of 49, the artist was overtaken by heart disease - acute tachycardia, which can lead to a heart attack. " My heart was beating like it was about to burst, - Nadezhda complained. – Or it would freeze so that it was barely audible. Thank God, the doctors were then able to “calm down” the heart rate.”

During that difficult period, Kadysheva was seriously afraid of a curse, because of which women in her family did not live long. " I was looking forward to my 40th birthday with horror., - Nadezhda said sadly. – What if I won’t be able to cross this threshold? Fear burned me completely. But as I entered my fifties, it became morally easier.”

Nadezhda Kadysheva was born into the family of a railway worker. The artist’s mother looked after the children and created home comfort. The singer comes from the Republic of Tatarstan, the village of Stary Maklaush. Nadya had 4 more sisters.

Biography

Kadysheva’s family never had a lot of money, but the parents tried to provide their children with everything they needed. This is probably why the girls were always well dressed and well-fed, and never felt deprived. Despite her mother’s poor health, she managed a lot.

As for young Nadenka, she was a very energetic child. She never sat still and constantly got involved in stories, and not always pleasant ones. It happened that she was injured so badly that she had to call an ambulance.

When Kadysheva was sick, she was not allowed to go outside or run. This was a real test for the girl. But this also had its advantages. To make her recovery less boring, she was treated to sweets. You can’t tell all the stories that happened to the People’s Artist.

At the age of 10, Nadezhda lost her mother. But less than a year had passed before my father found new wife. She moved in with them with her children. The house became crowded, and soon the older daughters left, and the younger ones were sent to boarding school. It wasn't easy there. There were strangers around who, by and large, didn’t care about the girls. Of course, the father did not forget about them, but he also did not show great love.

Creative path

It is not easy for the artist to remember that time in her life. But at the same time, it was in the boarding school that Kadysheva revealed her talent. Nadezhda has always been distinguished not only by her activity, but also by her artistry. About Us early years She loved to play, tried on different roles for us, dressed up, sang and danced. Soon she had a dream - to play in the theater.

At one of the singing competitions at school, Nadezhda sang a song in her clear and clear voice. She literally amazed everyone. Since then, they began to prophesy a happy future and a singing career for her. And at the boarding school she became something of a star.

After finishing eighth grade, Nadya was faced with the question: what to do next? Without hesitation, she went to her sister in the Moscow region. So she started working in a factory. But even here her talent seeped through. Every day she delighted her colleagues with her singing.

Nadezhda Kadysheva on stage

After reaching adulthood, the girl left for Moscow. She wanted to fulfill her dream and enter a music school. Of course, this required some preparation, so she began taking training courses with Nikolai Tarasenko. And finally her dream came true.

Nadezhda liked to study. She did not miss a single lesson and greedily, like a sponge, absorbed every word of the teachers. In her final years, the singer was invited to join the ensemble, and constant rehearsals began. The group performed in the genre of Russian folk song. Kadysheva was noticed and loved by the public.

Personal life

IN student years the artist lived in a dormitory. It was here that she met her soul mate. When Nadezhda met student Alexander Kostyuk, she immediately understood that this was love. But the girl hid her feelings. Fortunately, the love turned out to be mutual and after graduation the guy proposed to the singer. Of course she agreed. Soon they had a child - son Gregory.

It was Sasha who came up with the idea of creating the Golden Ring ensemble. This happened in 1988. The group began touring cities, mostly abroad, and immediately became popular. And in 1993 the ensemble became known in Russia. Thanks to their joint work, more than 20 music albums were born, each of which received popular recognition.

Magazine 7 days I again pleased with the photographs and text. Still fresh in my memory is Irina Bezrukova with her “chic” wardrobe (I have a post on my blogs). And then Nadezhda Kadysheva showed her apartment after renovation. I immediately remembered the post about gypsy houses! The dining table is as close to the stove as possible for convenience Don’t be too lazy to read the text, it’s worse than Hello icons’ interview with Sveta Bondarchuk. Recently, the family of Nadezhda Kadysheva and Alexander Kostyuk was hit by three “natural disasters” at once: a grandiose renovation, the 50th anniversary of the owner of the house and the “flying out of the nest” of 25-year-old Grigory, their only son. As soon as one of them - the renovation of the apartment - was completed, the “new residents” invited 7D correspondents to visit. As soon as the elevator doors opened on the desired floor, it became clear: the owners decided to renovate the home from a hanger. Even the common hall is decorated on a grand scale - there are luxurious tiles on the floor, and the fire shield is covered with a painting by Italian masters. The couple entrusted the development of the design of an apartment of 180 square meters, where the happy family spent 12 years, to the Italian designer Onofrio Yuculano, whom friends recommended to them. “It is important that we did not choose him, but, in fact, he chose us. When, through friends, we agreed to meet with Onofrio, we were terribly nervous, because we were warned: if we didn’t go through face control and he didn’t like us, the maestro wouldn’t take the job.
He is a rich man and can afford to choose clients,” says Alexander. But it worked out. The Italian came to the National Theater folk music and the songs “Golden Ring” - the brainchild of Kadysheva and Kostyuk, talked with the customers “about life” and soon presented a three-dimensional project in which their apartment looked like it looks today. “To be honest, everything in the sketches was so luxurious that we doubted: is it possible to bring such splendor to life? And although the estimate scared us a little, the contract was signed. After all, they offered us a dream house. The designer and I shook hands, gave the keys to the builders and went to live in rented apartment“- the spouses say.
The family is delighted with the technical discovery - plasma behind the painting Six months later, which is exactly how long it took to repair, the interiors of their home changed so radically that the returning owners native home they didn’t recognize it - all that remained from the old one was a grandfather clock and two chests of drawers, which the Italian painted with gold leaf. Olive parquet with onyx inserts, silk wallpaper with a silk cord running along its contour, marble window sills, wall paintings, curtains costing a fortune, designer furniture brought from the homeland of Yuculano and assembled by Italian workers. “While the renovation was going on, we never looked here, we didn’t want to spoil the impression. And when we saw this royal chic, we were truly shocked! For three days I refused to go out anywhere at all - I lay on the sofa in the living room and admired it,” says Nadezhda.
I advise you to pay attention to the balcony, the painted columns, and the view of the semi-industrial area. Dressing room with a huge velor pouf, sorry the photo is small.

and nails

The soloist of the folk ensemble “Golden Ring” Nadezhda Kadysheva is known and loved not only in our country, but also abroad. For more than thirty years she has been giving fans her songs, for which she was awarded high government awards and the title of People's Artist of the Russian Federation.

Childhood and adolescence

The future singer was born in the tiny steppe village of Stary Maklaush on the border of three regions: Tatarstan, Orenburg and Samara regions. Father, Nikita Mikhailovich, was a lineman, their house was located a few meters from the railway. The mother, Anna Andreevna, took care of the housekeeping and raising four daughters (in addition to Nadya, the eldest Vera and Maria and the youngest Lyuba were growing up in the family).

Our heroine’s mother was constantly sick, often depressed and cried a lot. When Nadya turned ten years old, Anna was once again hospitalized and never returned home. Neighbors whispered that Anna Andreevna died due to a family curse that was imposed on the women of her family, since doctors were unable to establish the exact cause of death of the still very young woman.

The father was terribly confused, left with four daughters in his arms. Six months later, he brought a woman into the house who became a stepmother for the girls in the classical sense of the word. She had her own children, to whom she gave all the love and attention, and perceived her husband’s daughters as an additional burden. The father asked not to contradict his new wife and call her mom, but the woman could not find a common language with his girls, just like they did with her.

Soon the older sisters left their father's house: Vera went to work in Moscow, Masha went to live with relatives in the north. The younger ones were sent to an orphanage in Bugulma, where Nadya spent four years. The conditions in the boarding school were quite good, the teachers and educators were attentive to the disadvantaged children and tried to replace their parents. It was all the more offensive to Nadya and Lyuba, whose father never came to visit his daughters, only occasionally wrote them letters and sent them small sums secretly from their stepmother.

The only outlet for Nadezhda was a singing club, which she enrolled in immediately upon arriving at the boarding school. Nature endowed her with a good voice and an absolute ear for music, and the girl also had obvious artistic abilities. Nadezhda sang in the school choir, took part in amateur performances and never missed a single concert. The teachers had no doubt that she would become an artist, and by the end of the eighth grade, Kadysheva herself had matured such a desire.

Returning to her native village, Nadya realized that they were not at all happy about her arrival. When a fourteen-year-old girl announced that she was going to Moscow to enter a music school, no one stopped her.

Education and first steps to success

With three rubles in her pocket, Nadezhda went to the capital and stayed with her older sister. The next day, she took the documents to the Mikhail Ipppolitov-Ivanov Music School, but failed the first exam. The young applicant did not even know the notes, so the members admissions committee They advised her to work with a tutor and come back in a year.

Nadezhda, like the heroine of the cult Soviet film “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears,” got a job at a cotton spinning mill, lived in a dormitory, and in the evenings prepared for admission. But the next year, Nadezhda did not pass the competition and became a student only on the third attempt, having completed preparatory courses under the guidance of Nikolai Mikhailovich Tarasenko.

Already in her third year, Kadysheva began performing at the Moscow Concert as part of the folk song quartet “Rossiyanochka”, which also included Ella Mamonova, Rimma Maslennikova and Nadezhda Krygina. The ensemble's performances were a great success - the girls toured the country a lot, took part in music festivals and competitions.

After graduating from college, Nadezhda decided to get higher education and entered the Gnessin Institute. There, the young singer met her future husband and stage partner Alexander Kostyuk, who lived with her in the same dormitory. In 1983, the lovers got married, and a year later their son Gregory was born.

Russian girl - Flea

At that time, young parents were actively building their careers, touring a lot and rarely being at home. Therefore, the boy had to be taken to his grandmother in Melitopol, where he lived until he was seven years old. The spouses also saw each other infrequently, as they performed in different groups, and over time they began to move away from each other. Nadezhda loved her husband very much and did not want to lose him, so she invited Alexander to organize a family ensemble. The man supported her idea, and in 1988 the musical group “Golden Ring” was created, performing in the genre of folk and pop songs.

"Gold ring"

The core of the young team was made up of musicians from the Bylina ensemble, in which Alexander played various musical instruments. The soloist of this VIA was the young singer Alla Perfilova, now known under the stage name Valeria. Kostyuk took on the functions of the director and administrator of the Golden Ring; he also wrote music and played the button accordion and keyboards. Nadezhda was given the role of the first soloist, and the main feature of the new group was the original synthesis of folk music and modern electronic instruments.

In 1989, the group began performing concerts from the Smolensk Regional Philharmonic. Perestroika and the subsequent collapse Soviet Union did not have the best effect on the creative life of the country. The impoverished population had no time for concerts; the philharmonic societies switched to self-support and were unable to support beginning artists. But abroad, interest in everything Russian and folk has grown thanks to the flow of emigrants pouring from the post-Soviet space.

A selection of the first clips of the “Golden Ring”

Few people know at home, the band successfully toured in Japan, the USA, South America and countries Western Europe. The Japanese especially loved the work of the “Golden Ring” - the ensemble visited the Land of the Rising Sun as many as six times and was awarded the honorary title of a classical folk group.

The songs of the “Golden Ring” were copied from cassette to cassette and thus ended up on the territory of the former USSR. So Kadysheva became popular in her country, and soon the team began to fill the halls. In 1995, the ensemble entered into a contract with the Soyuz recording studio and released the album “Am I Guilty,” which sold out in huge numbers in record time. In the same year, the collection “A Stream Flows” was released, which for ten weeks topped the list of best-selling albums of the country’s largest record company.

Golden Ring – A Stream Flows (2014)

The title song “A Stream Flows” became a major hit and business card collective, later such popularly beloved songs as “Wide River”, “Witch”, “I Enter Love”, “Give, Birch Tree”, “Ah, My Destiny, Destiny ...” and many others appeared in the ensemble’s repertoire.

It is interesting that all these compositions are not folk - the music for them was written by Alexander Kostyuk, the words were written by Pyotr Chernyaev, Evgeny Muravyov, Vladimir Stepanov and other modern songwriters.

The family curse of Nadezhda Kadysheva

The singer suffered from a severe form of depression for almost ten years, which almost destroyed her life. Moreover, Nadezhda was not the only one in her family who suffered from such a complex mental illness - her grandmother, mother and younger sister Lyuba were all susceptible to depression. All these women died before reaching the age of forty. In the village it was believed that this was due to a family curse.

At the age of thirty, Nadezhda, for no apparent reason, began to feel signs of a mysterious illness, which gradually turned her life into hell. At the peak of her creative career, the artist lost interest in the stage; she was annoyed by her beloved husband and even her only son Gregory. She began to rapidly gain weight, stopped taking care of herself and went on stage in a kokoshnik so as not to tidy up her hair. Visits to doctors did not produce much results, and strong psychotropic drugs prescribed by doctors began to cause addiction and dependence.

She was saved by the love and devotion of her husband Alexander, who was by her side all these difficult years, supported her beloved woman and did not let her completely lose interest in life. In order to switch his mind and distract his wife from dark thoughts, he began building a theater, which soon became their main outlet. By that time, Nadezhda had already safely crossed the forty-year mark, which caused her genuine mystical horror. The singer has forever given up her fears and dark thoughts and thanks God and her beloved husband for the miraculous healing.

Personal life of Nadezhda Kadysheva

Nadezhda first saw Alexander Kostyuk in the Gnesinka student dormitory and immediately fell madly in love with him. The handsome, stately third-year student also liked the slender first-year girl with mischievous eyes, although at first they were connected only by friendship. For four years, Nadya and Sasha looked closely at each other, until in 1983 they decided to start a family.

Soon Nadezhda became pregnant and was even planning to have an abortion, but her husband categorically insisted on having a child. On May 27, 1984, their first-born Grisha was born, who followed in his parents’ footsteps and now works as the concert director of the Golden Ring.

Until the age of seven, the boy lived with his grandmother in Mariupol, while his parents toured the world and built a career. When they got their own home, they moved their son to Moscow and began raising him.

Now Grigory is already a father himself, together with his wife Anzhelika, the niece of Deputy Mayor of Moscow Alexei Biryukov, they are raising baby Alexey (2015). Grigory organizes the Golden Ring concerts.

Nadezhda Kadysheva now

In 2015, the Golden Ring ensemble celebrated its thirtieth anniversary creative activity. The team celebrated this important date with a large-scale concert, which took place in the Kremlin Palace of Congresses. In addition to the heroes of the occasion, Joseph Kobzon, Lev Leshchenko, the Turetsky Choir, Valeria, Dmitry Malikov and other Russian pop stars took part in it. Kadyshev and the Golden Ring approached the anniversary with a solid baggage of two dozen studio albums and collections from concerts.

Golden Ring - And I’m not a witch at all

The special pride of Nadezhda and her husband is their own Theater of Folk Music and Song “Golden Ring”, built in 2005 on the site of the former Moscow cinema “Estafeta”. In the foyer there is an exhibition of Nadezhda’s stage costumes, which she began collecting in her early youth. The construction of the theater helped the singer cope with a severe form of depression, which poisoned her life for many years.

In 2019, Kadysheva celebrated her sixtieth birthday, but she is not going to leave the stage and rest on her laurels. The singer’s tour schedule is tightly scheduled for the year ahead, but there was time in it to participate in ceremonial events dedicated to the centenary of the legendary “Ippolitovka”. IN different years graduates of one of the oldest music schools in Russia were

Always, if an artist lives luxuriously, dresses from the most expensive couturiers, prefers a Mercedes for cars, and his housing looks like a royal mansion, then what happens? Yes, fans and colleagues are starting to say: “He’s arrogant, he’s become a star, he’s lost his conscience, how can you flaunt your income!” But there is, “in Russian villages,” a singer whom no one will blame for her costumes from Yves Saint Laurent or for the insanely expensive stucco molding on the ceiling in her apartment. Because she suffered through hard work and earned the right to live as she wants - this is Nadezhda Kadysheva. She is adored by ministers and cosmonauts, miners and factory workers; she is the personification of the words “the people’s, everyone’s favorite.”

A rare case: for thirty years with a ponytail on stage, no one has ever noticed her in scandalous actions, in her family there is peace and quiet, mutual understanding, and all her colleagues in the shop repeat one thing about her: “Golden voice, golden character, golden soul " Nadezhda Kadysheva never appeared at a concert in a bad mood or in a “anyhow” costume. She always looks impeccable, even when at home with her family. But this idyll was given to her through many sufferings, starting from childhood and ending with the not so distant past.

About a difficult childhood

The future star of folk song was born in the small village of Gorki in Tatarstan. The family, when the girl was still little, moved to the village of Stary Maklaush - the place was located on the border of Tatarstan, Orenburg and Samara regions. The village was so small that they didn’t even open a school there, and the Kadyshev children went to school in a neighboring village, 3 km away. there and back every day. In addition to Nadya, Nikita Mikhailovich and Anna Andreevna had three more daughters: the eldest Vera and Masha, and the youngest Lyuba.

Nadezhda's dad worked as a foreman railway, my mother did not work - she took care of the house and raised her daughters. The village was located next to the railway tracks, day and night the Kadyshevs heard the noise and rushing trains outside the window. Then Nadezhda Nikitichna recalled: “A relative came to us for the first time, and suddenly she jumped up in a panic! He asks: what is making so much noise, is it a bombing or what? But the train passed by, we don’t even pay attention, we’re used to it.” The singer also fondly remembers how she and her sisters climbed through the currant thickets next to the railway tracks, picked berries, and then made jam with their mother.

Nadya, as everyone remembers, was naughty and active from a very young age. Either she will sit in an old trough and swim down the river (it’s a miracle she didn’t drown), or she will jump into a deep hole (she cut her leg so badly that she had to be taken to the hospital). Despite their very modest income, the family was friendly, dad and mom never fought, they loved their daughters and tried to pamper them at least occasionally. Kadysheva recalled that dad, when possible, brought his daughters some sweets or gingerbread.

In those Soviet years“Illnesses of the soul” were considered a whim, a whim, or the result of fatigue; psychiatrists added the concepts of “neurosis and depression” to the official list of diseases relatively recently. When Anna Kadysheva “became depressed”, stopped smiling, and began to cry for no reason, her family thought: it’s okay, she’ll rest and everything will get better. And the depression was getting worse, my heart began to hurt, my blood pressure was jumping... The older sister dropped out of school so that she could help her mother with the housework and be at home when she needed to call the doctors. After one such ambulance call from Orenburg (Anna Kadysheva was taken there), a telegram arrived: “She has passed away.”

Why did a perfectly healthy woman suddenly have a heart attack? Doctors could not explain this. Well, yes, there were mood swings, everything fell out of my mother’s hands, she could suddenly start crying, but this cannot be the cause of death! She lost a lot of weight before her death, as her daughter Nadya later said - “she was drying up before her eyes,” but they don’t die from this! And in the village they whispered: another one of the Kadyshevs died, it’s a family curse.

The father of four sisters was completely at a loss; he could not understand that his wife had died so unexpectedly. Nadezhda Nikitichna recalled this moment:

“He came with two large bags, poured gingerbread cookies and sweets straight onto the table, and he was terribly confused...”

Another detail of that tragic day: sister Lyuba was carrying water home in two buckets, and when she heard about her mother’s death, she dropped the buckets and fell unconscious herself. Who will now look after the house, cook, and raise their daughters? Nadya was only ten years old when her father brought a new wife into the house.

Again the words of Nadezhda Kadysheva: “Did you watch the movie “Morozko”, did you see the stepmother there? This one came to us, just a classic version of a stepmother.” The woman got married, already having children of her own, but could not accept her new husband’s daughters, and began to slowly “eat” them. “You cook wrong, you clean badly, and in general you’re an eyesore,” constant reproaches rained down on the girls. The eldest, Vera, was the first to give up: she left for the city and got a job at a factory there. Masha (her stepmother insisted) was sent to the far North, to her relatives, and the remaining two sisters were simply sent to an orphanage.

Nadya and Lyuba are now at the Bugulma boarding school, their father sometimes writes, and secretly sends him some money from his wife. The boarding school teachers recalled that the sisters always stuck to each other, and they both sang constantly - Nadya sang especially well, who was even praised at the competition after her performance of “Eaglet.” The future singer is fourteen years old, graduated from eight classes, and she goes to her older sister - she lived in the Moscow region and worked at a weaving factory in Lobnya.

About youth and youth

Arriving in Lobnya, the girl immediately submitted documents to the Ippolitov-Ivanov Music School. At the very first exam - failure: “Where have you come? At least they learned the notes first. Go see a tutor and we’ll see you in a year.” But, as the popular song sang then - “We are not used to retreating!”: Nadya gets a job in the same factory where her sister works, and at the same time as working, she begins to attend preparatory courses at the school in order to definitely pass the competition next year. Work, then the train, courses, then back on the last train, and so on every day.

Vera, when her younger sister came to see her after boarding school, immediately set a condition: she would not feed Nadya, she did not need a parasite in the house! And who said that she was going to sit on her sister’s neck? Nadezhda worked without shirking: her shift began at five in the morning, then she was on her feet for eight hours with a short break for lunch. And I wanted to sing horror! A bobbin of thread is used instead of a microphone, the audience is the workshop workers, and now a folk song is heard throughout the entire plant! In one interview, the singer said that the film “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears” is almost exactly about her. And Nadezhda’s old friend, Galina Guseva, recalled:

“The master comes and says: again her machines are empty, and she is singing. Well... let her sing, she’s doing great.”

A year after the girl arrived in Lobnya, her father died... The preparatory courses were not in vain: Nadya performed “Give me a scarf” at the exam, and she was accepted into the school. First, a folk song ensemble at the factory, and then an invitation to “Rossianochka.” Nadezhda was already in her third year at the school. Kadysheva then lived in the Gnesinki dormitory, and there she first saw her future husband, Sasha Kostyuk. Falling in love with young man At first sight, she decides to go to this university to study in order to always be close to him.

It seemed to her that Alexander was completely indifferent to her: for four whole years she “had been pining for him unrequitedly” (her words), and suddenly, right after the final exams, he proposed to her! After this, Alexander took the girl home to introduce his young daughter-in-law to his relatives. Kostyuk’s parents did not express much joy, and Alexander in desperation asks Nadya: “Sing something as best you can.” Nadezhda begins to sing, and the future father-in-law and mother-in-law have tears in their eyes, she sang the folk song so soulfully. Immediately the parents blessed their son for marriage.

Meanwhile, the “ancestral curse” is again knocking on the Kadyshev family. Who would have thought that sister Lyuba, happily married and expecting her first child, would soon be no more? In the maternity hospital, the young mother caught an infection, and the baby, as it turned out, had a heart defect: Lyuba recovered, but her son, having lived only a year, died. Nadya's sister jumped out of the window out of grief, broke her spine, never recovered from the injury and died.

Alexander Kostyuk already understood then: he had to rely on his wife’s talent, and organized his own group, calling it “Golden Ring”. He not only decided to revive the folk song, but also to use ancient, no longer popular instruments at his performances. But no matter how well the young soloist sang, no matter how original the arrangement, the new ensemble was not particularly popular among cultural officials. To say more: they hinted to Kostyuk that the “pseudo-folk” style was not in the spirit of the times; it would be better to sing something patriotic, standard.

The path to success abroad, then in your home country

This is how Nadezhda Kadysheva’s tour abroad began in 1998 (the year the Golden Ring was created): her husband decided to show the repertoire in Germany, then in Japan, and there the ensemble immediately gained incredible popularity! It’s amazing: in the USSR (at that time) they “turned their noses” at the words “folk ensemble”, and in Germany, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, spectators beat their palms, giving a standing ovation to “The Golden Ring” and Kadysheva. Moreover, not only emigrants, but also native residents loved the songs and music.

Kadysheva was applauded by Bolivia, Japan, China, the USA, and Mother country I learned about her talent... from the discs that diplomats and tourists brought from these countries. For five whole years, “The Golden Ring” toured the world until Russia realized: why don’t we listen to them? In 1993, the Soyuz company mercifully (there’s no other way to say it) entered into a contract with the group, and the first disc, “Am I Guilty,” was released. Despite the fact that the record was instantly sold out, critics tried to lower the rating of the singer and the ensemble: “This is not a folk style at all, but a pseudo-folk style. Musicians remake songs without permission, allowing for an arrangement that differs from the original. And what Kostyuk writes is completely fake,” they wrote in the newspapers.

My God, what a difference it makes what some people write – the viewer understands whether it’s “pseudo” or real! Tickets for concerts are in great demand, and the new disc “A Stream Flows” has been in the top sales for three whole years. The song of the same name from the disc became a popular hit (here is proof of the opposite about “pseudo-nationality”). Well-deserved awards followed: the titles of People's Artist of Mordovia and Russia, Honored Artist of Tatarstan. President Putin personally presented the singer with the award in the “Twenty best women Russia."

Most of the songs of the Golden Ring group, specifically the music, were written by Alexander Kostyuk himself. Not a single holiday concert Russian stage The last twenty years have not been complete without the participation of the ensemble and Kadysheva. She sings not only in folk style: chanson and purely pop compositions suit her organically. And in 2014, Nadezhda Nikitichna simply shocked the audience by performing on “Saturday Evening” a song from the repertoire “Bad Boys Blue” in a duet with American Kevin McCoy. It was not just a success: the audience began to applaud as soon as the singer entered the stage and, with her crystalline strong voice, sang in Russian to the melody of the famous hit: “After all, only you choose roads and dreams!”

More than twenty discs have been released, a huge number of recordings from concerts are circulating on the Internet - this is the result of the creative work of Nadezhda Kadysheva, Alexander Kostyuk and their team. Many of the recordings have over three million views - how many talented pop artists can boast such a figure? The thirtieth anniversary of their successful career, which the couple celebrated in 2015, was celebrated with a grandiose concert, and almost four million people watched it on YouTube in a week.

Again Nadezhda Kadysheva is on the crest of fame, she can often be seen on TV, “Golden Ring” continues to tour successfully. And few people know that for many years the artist’s family life and career hung in the balance, and the reason was again the notorious “family curse.”

Health problems

Nervous diseases, as psychiatrists now know, can also be inherited. Anna Kadysheva, Nadezhda’s mother, suddenly died from “the blues,” that is, from neurosis and depression. Sister Lyuba also couldn’t bear the death of her little son because of this, but our artist’s life was going well, what does a “family curse” have to do with it?

At twenty-five, when everything seems to be fine: success on stage, loving husband, appeared wealth - mood swings began, black depression fell. My hands gave up, I didn’t want to sing, let alone sing - my legs even refused to go on stage. The doctors shrugged: Kadysheva is absolutely healthy! They prescribed antidepressants and sedatives, but they didn’t help much, and Kalysheva started drinking handfuls of them. The addiction to drugs gave the opposite result: the mood deteriorated even more, I wanted to give up on everything. At that time, the singer began wearing kokoshniks, which fans perceived as a new style feature. But in fact, she didn’t even want to comb her hair, so she hid her hair under her headdress. Because of the damned drugs, the metabolism was disrupted, the singer gained as much as thirty kilos.

Two things saved me: music and the support of my beloved husband. You had to make an effort and go on stage, start singing, and the depression would recede while the song was being sung. And at home, Alexander tried to persuade her to stop taking medications: together they decided that Nadya should take one less pill every day. “I put one thing away from the slide, threw it away, but sometimes I broke down and climbed into the trash can after it!” – Kadysheva later recalled. The most difficult thing, according to her, was giving up the last pill - it didn’t go away for a very long time.

During a tour in the USA, Nadezhda suddenly became ill; before the concert, she was taken to a clinic, where the doctors said a terrible thing: “Most likely you have cancer.” Kadysheva was thirty years old. Already at home she goes for examination, tests are done on her, the diagnosis is confirmed. Doctors warn: the disease is very advanced, the count is not months, but days, an operation is urgently needed. What it was: a mistake by the doctors, the last attempt of the “birth curse” to drive the woman to the grave is not known, but during the operation it turned out that there was no tumor.

To help his wife recover from depression and forget the horror of the threat of cancer, husband Alexander rents a former cinema on the outskirts of Moscow. He decided: he would do everything to make his beloved wife calm and cheerful again. There wasn’t much money for furnishings back then, so he brings home furniture from their apartment. “I almost carried everything there,” his wife laughs, recalling that period. The neglected premises have been turned into a modern theater with a cozy hall and excellent acoustics, where the husband and wife ensemble and famous Russian performers perform.

At forty-nine years old, the artist again found herself on the brink of life and death, overcome by tachycardia. This time the doctors rose to the occasion and saved the people's favorite. From that moment on, the “ancestral curse” no longer makes itself felt; illnesses, even the most nonsensical ones, do not torment. The singer said: “Now I’m sure there is no karma or curse, I have overcome this milestone and will live a long time.”

About personal life

A marriage proposal from Alexander Kostyuk after only four years of dating - it was not without reason! He explains it himself this way:

“I also fell in love with Nadya right away, and I saw that she was not indifferent to me. But in my homeland (I’m from Ukraine) it’s customary: first learn, get on your feet, have a penny to support your family, and then get married.”

At first they rented a small apartment, and somehow they didn’t want more: they were constantly at concerts, then the tours began. And suddenly Nadezhda finds out that she is pregnant! Why have a child, it will interfere with her career, and her husband will probably be against it now - that’s what she thought and decided to get rid of the pregnancy. “I already bought a robe, made an appointment for an abortion, and then Sasha called (he was away). I tell him: I’ve already decided, we don’t need a child?” – the artist said later. There was a minute’s silence on the phone, and then the husband’s voice: “God forbid you do this, you’ll never see me next to you!”

This is how their son Grisha was born (a miraculous accident protected the baby). But the tour was not expected, and his parents sent him to his grandparents, Kostyuk’s parents. Nadezhda was terribly worried: she cried because she couldn’t see her son often, and when she came to visit, she hugged and said: “To hell with the stage, the songs, I’ll stay with you!” A small, but already smart beyond his years, the kid answered: “Mom, what are you doing, sing! Don’t worry, you have to sing.”

It was incredibly difficult for a family of provincials (even world-famous ones) to get an apartment, and even more so a Moscow registration. Kadysheva and Kostyuk were saved by the legendary Helena Velikanova, who “opened the door to the ministers with her foot” in those days. At some important government meeting, she stood up: “Now I will ask, no, demand, that the issue of Nadezhda Kadysheva be resolved! And you only need to talk about her while standing – she does so much for the country.” This is how Nadezhda and Alexander received a two-room apartment.

Finally, the opportunity arose to bring my son Grisha from Melitopol to Moscow and send him to a school in the capital. At first it was difficult for the boy: in Ukraine he studied in a language other than Russian, and the workload at the Moscow school was greater. Grigory even joked (albeit gloomily) when he started going to new school: “It’s like I’m not in high school I transferred and immediately entered the university.” The parents continued to tour, took their son with them more and more often, and at school he began to study well, and absences did not affect his grades.

Money appeared, and Kadysheva and Kostyuk thought: maybe they should move to a bigger apartment? So they moved to Dolgorukovskaya Street, where they live to this day. A luxurious apartment on the eighth floor is not the apartment of an arrogant diva, but a cozy family nest. Every piece of furniture, every detail of the renovation is thought out and done with taste, so that the hostess and owner can relax after hard work - after all, at concerts they give it their all, so that later they are “squeezed lemons” (Nadezhda’s words).

The son grew up and already wanted independence, but Nadya and Alexander kept him under a tight rein for a long time: they demanded that he return home exactly at 11, so that he would always report where he was and what he was doing. Grigory was indignant and told his mother: “Look at yourself - you’ve lived alone since you were 14 and haven’t disappeared, I can do it too.” And then the time came for him to get married - he brought his chosen one to his father (that’s what Gregory calls his dad) and his mother for the bride’s wedding. “The daughter-in-law liked it, so she said - with God! You chose her, which means you like her,” this is how Kadysheva reacted to her son’s decision to get married. In 2015, Anzhelika and Grigory pleased their parents: Kadysheva and Kostyuk had a grandson, Alyosha. Grigory Kadyshev helps his parents, works in an ensemble and in a theater as a concert director.

What Nadezhda Kadysheva is doing now can be called in one word - happiness. She is, as in her youth, slim, beautiful, her eyes glow: “It’s as if Sasha and I haven’t lived together these years, we enjoy each other every minute,” this is how the singer answers questions about life. Yes, she says, the family is almost basking in luxury, but they can afford it: everything is earned through hellish labor, endless concerts, recordings, and tours.

Interesting facts about Nadezhda Kadysheva and her family

  1. Helped me get a second, larger apartment... Viktor Chernomyrdin. He was a fan of the Golden Ring ensemble and tried to come to every one of their concerts. After one concert, Viktor Stepanovich’s wife said: “You know, Nadenka, Vitya can only fully relax and unwind while listening to your songs.” And then Chernomyrdin asked about the conditions in which the artists lived. Having heard that they had a two-room apartment, he promised to help. A few days later, the artist spouses received a warrant for a large apartment in an elite building.
  2. While struggling with depression, someone advised Nadezhda to read prayers: God’s word will calm her down and heal her. That little prayer book that Kadysheva bought is still with her, even though it’s worn out. Before every concert, she always opens it and reads a prayer. The singer also mentions that she does not take any medications at all, and sometimes drinks brewed herbs.
  3. The artist has two hobbies: collecting paintings and her outfits. She loves to collect not everyday ones, but stage ones: she has more than a hundred of them, and only a select few are allowed into the dressing room where they hang. “They are all original, unique, sewn in a single copy. I take care of them as my most important wealth,” explains the singer. But if no one is allowed to touch the outfits, then everyone can look at them through the glass: in the foyer of the Golden Ring Theater there is always an exhibition of costumes by Nadezhda Kadysheva.
  4. The renovation of the luxurious apartment that Chernomyrdin helped get was done by Onofrio Yuculano, an Italian designer, a real “monster” in his field. Kadysheva and Kostyuk were warned: he is a rich, capricious man, and it is not clients who come to him, but he chooses whether people are worthy of his work. Onofrio came to the theater at the request of mutual friends, talked with them, and announced: the married couple had passed “face control”, he would be happy to design their apartment. The estimate, according to Nadezhda, frightened me (it seemed expensive), but the result later surpassed the most unimaginable dreams - a real Italian palace emerged.
  5. While some of Nadezhda’s peers are breaking up with their boring husbands and looking at young men, she never ceases to admire her husband and loves him as in his youth. “The first ten years are lovers; then ten years - spouses; and then like sister and brother - that’s what they say about happy families. And we are brother and sister, and a happy woman and man,” her words about the secret of family happiness.
  6. Fellow artists adore Kadysheva and her husband and talk about them on any occasion pleasant words. “Who talked about pseudo-nationality there? She is so extraordinary, her voice is simply golden, she is a beautiful woman, that’s why she deserves success,” this is how Joseph Kobzon spoke about her. And here’s what Natasha Koroleva said about them: “Nadezhda’s husband - God forbid everyone, he is her main strength, he is like the engine in their family life That’s why they are so successful.”
  7. Favorite place where Nadezhda Nikitichna goes with her husband when she comes to St. Petersburg is the Spit of Vasilyevsky Island. They look at the newlyweds (this place is very popular after visiting the registry office), remember how Sasha helped cope with illnesses, how he even hired a cook, “so that Nadya would be calmer and nothing would distract her,” how he saved her from drug addiction. And every time Kadysheva says to her husband: “As long as there is order and love in our house and between us, then life will be successful.”
